7 & 8th of June: Festival of the roses and poppiesFlower power!At the beginning of the summer la Chatonnière is metamorphosised into a paradise of colour and perfume: 6 hectares of flowering poppies and cornflowers dance in the wind and more than 4000 rosers cover trellises, domes and pergolas.Programme: Exhibition and selling of artisans and artists, flower show: rose specialists and nurseries will be selling plants. Bring a pic-nic and enjoy the theater and the concerts. Activitiess: - Molière Theater by the troop Emporte-Voix - Show and music from the ensemble des Balladins du Lys - Concert from the vocal ensemble le Tourdion - Demonstration of the french hunters on horseback. - Painting workshops for children focusing on the poppies and roses |
